Do you store my files?

Yes. Evidence files are stored securely in Vercel Blob storage. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support. Exports auto-expire based on your retention settings.

Can auditors upload files?

No. The auditor portal is read-only. Auditors can view and download exports, but cannot upload, modify, or delete any data.

What counts toward OCR?

OCR is only used for PDFs without a text layer and image files (screenshots, scans). PDFs with native text are extracted instantly and don't count toward OCR limits.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 14-day trial for new workspaces. You'll have full Pro access during the trial period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings > Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode after cancellation.

How do I request data deletion?

Email support with your workspace ID. We'll confirm deletion within 48 hours. This permanently removes all evidence, exports, and workspace data.
